Karl Finkelstein Mai

Karl Finkelstein, MAI has a diverse work experience in the field of property advisory. Karl started their career in 1998 at Atlantic Appraisals, LLC, where they served as a Partner for 15 years. In 2013, they joined Valbridge Property Advisors as a Senior Managing Director. Later, they became the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Valbridge Property Advisors and also served as a Member of the Board of Directors. With their expertise in property valuation, Karl Finkelstein has made significant contributions to the industry throughout their career.

Karl Finkelstein, MAI earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Karl studied at the university from 1989 to 1995.
