Patrick Kelly is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors®, with expertise in providing timely commercial and residential appraisal reports. Kelly is a Licensed Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing for the University of Arizona Commercial Real Estate Club, where recognition as "Best Small Club" was achieved, and internships at E Instruments International and Metropolitan Group, where responsibilities included sales support and real estate development tasks. Kelly's education in real estate appraisal is supplemented by ongoing studies at the Appraisal Institute.
