Randall Henderson Mai

Randall Henderson, MAI has a diverse work experience. Their most recent position is as the Senior Managing Director at Valbridge Property Advisors | Utah, which they started in October 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at Valbridge Property Advisors® since July 2008.

Before their career in property advising, Randall worked at Ascent Marketing, LLC as the Manager of Sales from September 2007 to July 2008. This company specialized in telemarketing and selling satellite tv, internet, and phone services. Randall was promoted to floor manager during their time there, where they supervised and trained up to 10 employees.

Randall's earliest work experience was at BYU-Idaho, where they were a Lead Student Janitor from September 2007 to July 2008. Randall worked in the Ricks building on campus, starting as a janitor and eventually becoming the lead student. In this role, they made assignments and trained new employees, working from 4am to 7am.

Randall Henderson, MAI, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, which they obtained from Brigham Young University - Idaho in the years 2005 to 2008. During the same period, they also completed an Associate's degree in Applied Architecture Technology at the same institution. Randall further expanded their education by pursuing professional education at the Appraisal Institute, where they attended from 2008 to 2018. As a result, they obtained the MAI Designation in March 2019, which was awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
