Claus Weiland

Claus Weiland is the Client Engagement Director at Valcon. Claus has over 25 years of experience in business IT analysis, description, and implementation. Prior to joining Valcon, Claus was a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group from October 2008 to December 2014. Claus also served as the Head of administration at the University of Copenhagen from November 2004 to September 2008, and at the Technical University of Denmark from January 1995 to October 2004. Claus began their career as a Purchase & Logistics Manager at Roal Plast Co. A/S in September 1992 and left in November 1995.

Claus Weiland has a Cand Merc from Copenhagen Business School and an HA from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Claus also has a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer and Leading SAFe. Additionally, they are certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster and by The LeSS Company as a LeSS Practitioner.

Claus Weiland reports to Michael Hjortlund, Managing Partner. They work with Allan Lester Kierkegaard - Partner, Anders Pennerup Gantzhorn - Partner, and Klaus Godsk - Partner.
