Corinne Barents

Corinne Barents is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Valcon since July 2019, Corinne previously held the position of Senior Manager after transitioning from First Consulting. Corinne's prior experience includes roles at AkzoNobel from June 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Change Management Lead for the Center of Excellence in Culture, OCM, and Transformation, as well as Transformation Lead for Global Business Services. Corinne began her career at Accenture, working as a Senior Manager in Talent & Organization from July 2000 to June 2016. Corinne holds a Master's degree in Educational Science from Utrecht University, earned between 1993 and 1998, and completed earlier education at GSG from 1986 to 1993.
