Harm Minnema

Harm Minnema is a Senior Business Consultant at Valcon since September 2021, focusing on optimizing companies' future readiness through opportunity identification and implementation. Prior to this role, Harm served as a Business Consultant at Valcon and First Consulting, where expertise in consultancy, technology, and operational processes was developed. Harm gained experience as a Working Student at Koios Talent Pool, aiding consultancy teams, and held leadership positions, including President of the Introduction Week Committee and DS5 at Delftsch Studenten Corps. Harm also contributed as Treasurer for Stichting Leven in Delft and worked as a Pre-sales Marketeer at OGD ict-diensten. As a co-founder of Stichting Beleaf, Harm supported aquaponics projects for early childhood education. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Policy and Management from Delft University of Technology.
