Jade Haayen

Jade Haayen has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Jade currently holds the position of Senior Manager in Data & Analytics at Valcon since October 2022. Prior to this, from November 2020 to October 2022, they worked at Rabobank as Lead in Data & Analytics Literacy at the Analytics Competence Centre.

In 2020, Jade worked at Oracle as an Accelerate Autonomous Database & Analytics Consultant. Their role included leading engagement in multiple projects, enabling stakeholders to understand complex data challenges, and managing project teams to implement solutions.

Before joining Oracle, Jade was a Senior Consultant in Data & Analytics at EY from October 2019 to January 2020, where they successfully handled various management roles in international projects. Jade excelled in bridging the technical and business aspects of projects and played a leading role in strategic innovation, large digitization, and technical projects. Prior to this, from February 2018 to January 2020, they worked as a Consultant in Data & Analytics at EY, focusing on improving and optimizing business processes using mathematical, computer science, and business management methods.

In 2016, Jade worked as a Geospatial Data Consultant at HydroLogic, where they contributed to projects related to data interoperability in the water sector. Jade conducted research to create an integrated standards-based information model for 1D time series data.

In addition to their professional experience, Jade also participated in rowing competitions and played hockey at the Dutch Premier League Field Hockey level.

Jade Haayen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Jade then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Geomatics at Delft University of Technology from 2014 to 2017. During their master's, Jade also attended Wuhan University from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained another Master of Science (MSc) degree in the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS).

In terms of additional certifications, Jade obtained the following: Oracle Database 12c: SQL Fundamentals from Oracle in March 2020, TOGAF® Certification Program from Vijfhart IT-Opleidingen in July 2018, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in June 2018, Intermediate Python Programming from Delft University of Technology in June 2017, and Basic Python Programming from Delft University of Technology in January 2016.
