Jens Søndergaard

Jens Søndergaard has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and industry. Jens is currently a partner at Valcon, a management consulting firm they co-founded in 2019. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Unwire, a mobile payments company, from 2012 to 2018. During their time at Unwire, Jens successfully turned the company around, resulting in improved profitability and cash flow. Jens also added new innovative products and services to address new customer segments and markets.

Before Unwire, Jens was a partner at A.T. Kearney from 2011 to 2012, where they co-managed the Copenhagen office and was a member of the Nordic leadership team. Jens also worked as a director at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, Jens joined PwC as a partner.

Jens has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Aarhus.

Jens Søndergaard has a M.B.A. from INSEAD, a M.Sc.E.E from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, and a H.D. (Handelshøjskolernes erhvervsøkonomiske Diplomuddannelse), 1st part from Copenhagen Business School.
