Julius Elshout

Julius Elshout is an experienced MDM Specialist at Valcon, holding this position since January 2019 after completing the Data Academy of Valcon. Prior to this, Julius served as a Data Consultant at Jibes from March 2018 to January 2019, where participation in the Jibes Data Academy took place. Earlier professional experiences include a Management Trainee role at De Mandemakers Groep (DMG) and an HR internship at Hutten, contributing to organizational changes and completing a thesis on personality and performance. Additional experience includes a marketing internship at Qhuba, where a positioning plan was developed, and a marketing stage at Plastica, which provided initial exposure to the commerce and marketing field. Julius holds a Master of Science in Sociology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
