Laura Leeder

Laura Leeder is currently a Senior Consultant in People & Organisation Transformation at Valcon, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Business Change Consultant at Valcon from 2023 to 2025 and contributed as an HR Administrator and Contract Manager at Repay HRM in 2023. Laura was actively involved as a Board Member for External Affairs during the Tilburg Career Days from 2020 to 2021, where they managed relationships with over 60 companies. Their academic background includes a Master of Laws in Labour Law and Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Organization Studies, both obtained from Tilburg University.
