Maaike Maas

Maaike Maas has a diverse work experience in different companies and roles. Maaike started their career as a Graduate Student at Uitgeverij Unieboek | Het Spectrum bv in the Business Development department in 2014. In 2016, they joined Procurios where they initially worked as a Support Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Developer. During their time at Procurios, they focused on developing browser extensions using technologies like JavaScript. In 2018, Maaike joined AFAS Software as a Graduate Student in the Platform Design department, where they worked until November 2018. Most recently, they have been working at Valcon as a Business Intelligence Specialist, with a focus on data engineering and visualization.

Maaike Maas has a strong education background in the field of information sciences and computer science. Maaike completed their Master's degree in Information Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Utrecht University from 2014 to 2017. Maaike also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media & Entertainment Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Inholland University, Maaike also participated in the Junior Honours Program from 2011 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Maaike has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in February 2021.
