Mads Nyrup

Mads Nyrup is a Senior Partner at Valcon, and has over 10 years of experience in the commercial sector. Prior to joining Valcon, Mads worked as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) at ISS A/S, where they were responsible for all commercial activities and units. During their time at ISS A/S, Mads successfully increased sales by 500 million DKK per year. Before joining ISS A/S, Mads worked as a Principal at Booz & Company (now Strategy&), where they managed global projects for large international clients in industries such as Private Equity, TMT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Infrastructure. At Booz & Company, Mads was also a member of the Nordic Senior Leadership Team and the Global Strategy & Operations Team. In their role as Head of Commercial Excellence, Mads led transaction cases for M&A.

Mads Nyrup has completed an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, a Marketing program at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, an Advanced Supply Chain Management Program at Cranfield School of Management, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics & Supply Chain Management at Copenhagen Business School. Mads also holds a BBA Honours in Economics & Commercial Management from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's Degree (B.S. Econ) with High Achievement from Copenhagen Business School.

Mads Nyrup reports to Michael Hjortlund, Managing Partner. Mads Nyrup works with Lasse Kobberup - Client Engagement Director, Martin Birger Hjørland - Client Engagement Director, and Thomas Rosenlund - Partner.
