Matt Rodger

Matt Rodger is a Change Management Consultant at Valcon UK, specializing in strategic communications and organizational change. Previously, they worked at Deloitte, where they led change initiatives for government clients and enhanced communication efficiency. Matt’s teaching experience includes serving as a Business Studies Teacher at The Abbey School Faversham, where they contributed to the success of first-generation university students. A graduate of the University of St Andrews with a degree in Management, they also earned a distinction in their Master's in Transformational Leadership from Canterbury Christ Church University. Currently, they are applying their expertise to foster better collaboration and communication across organizations.
