Max Ronander

Max Ronander is a Partner at Valcon. Prior to joining Valcon, Max was a management consultant and project manager at Preera, with a special focus on group functions. Max's assignments and expertise include organizational design, organizational development, process optimization, change management, cost reduction, management control, and category management. Max has worked in both the private and public sectors, including transportation, media, the process industry, the governmental sector, and local government. Max is also a strong business developer and part of Preera's marketing and communications team.

Before joining Preera, Max was the Head of Product Management Control at Saab AB - Electronic Defense Systems. As Business Controller, they were responsible for planning, budgeting, analysis, profitability analysis, and Product Life cycle analysis across 4 sites: Sweden, Norway, Canada and South Africa. Max was also part of the Product Management Team and Finance Management Team for a business area with approximately 2500-3000 employees.

Max Ronander has a degree of master in management and accounting from the School of business, economics and law at Gothenburg University. Max also has a degree in General Management from IFL, Stockholm School of Economics. Currently, they are taking courses at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Max Ronander reports to Michael Hjortlund, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Martin Birger Hjørland - Client Engagement Director, Simon Bøge - Partner, and Lars Devantier Kallestrup - Partner, Group CFO.
