Peter de Zinger

Peter de Zinger is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Associate Partner in IT Advisory at Valcon since November 2025. Previously, Peter held the position of Director of Core Applications at EVBox from June 2021 to October 2025, where Peter established a new department and led multiple hybrid Agile/DevOps teams while implementing Agile processes and ITIL Service management. Prior experience includes roles as IT Operations Manager at Essent from August 2013 to May 2021, overseeing various IT operations and managing the daily operations of business applications. Peter's career also includes a part-time IT Operations Manager role at Energiedirect.nl and a Senior Manager position at Accenture, where substantial ERP projects were executed for leading clients. Peter began with a background in production, logistics, and IT management at Metaalwaren Industrie van Yken B.V. and completed an internship at Fraunhofer IPM. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Applied Physics and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Twente.
