Remco Haye

Remco Haye has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data management and business analysis. Remco started their career at Effacts Legal Management Software, where they worked in sales and customer support. Remco then joined Vibe Group as a Contract IT Recruiter before transitioning into a role as a Business Analyst at Argenta.

In 2020, Remco joined Beter Bed as a Business Analyst, where they worked on implementing the Informatica Product360 solution and contributed to significant commercial success. Remco also worked as a Data Manager and Product Owner at Vion Food Group, assisting with the implementation of a central Master Data Management (MDM) hub using Stibo STEP. During this time, they also worked as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements and ensuring data quality.

In 2023, Remco took on a role as a Business Analyst Data Management at Rituals. Following this, they worked as a Functional Support Lead at Sligro Food Group, where they helped improve the MDM support team and collaborated with various stakeholders.

Currently, Remco is a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Data Management at Valcon. Remco is experienced in resolving Data Management and Data Quality issues, optimizing and updating master data management processes, and gathering requirements. Remco also serves as a Corporate Recruitment Coordinator, reviewing applications and interacting with candidates for Valcon NL data practice.

Remco Haye's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Christelijk Gymnasium Beyers Naudé, where they obtained their VWO degree. During their time there, they studied E&M, C&M, Latin, and Philosophy. In 2006, Remco Haye enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam and pursued a WO Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB), which they completed in 2011.

Following their undergraduate studies, Remco Haye continued their education at Leiden University from 2011 to 2013. Remco earned a WO Master's degree in Encyclopedie en filosofie van het recht (LLM). Additionally, in 2011, they attended The Phoenix Institute Trumau-Vienna for a Summer Seminar on the Study of Western Institutions, focusing on Rhetorics, Political philosophy, History & culture of Vienna.

Later, in 2013, Remco Haye returned to Leiden University for further education. Remco obtained a WO Master's degree, this time in Philosophy of Law (MA), which they completed in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Remco Haye has obtained various qualifications in recent years. In 2020, they received certifications in Advanced Connector Development, Certified Profisee Developer, and Certified Profisee Administrator 2019 R1 from Profisee. Remco also earned certifications in Business 360 Foundation Level, Cloud Integration for Application Modernization Foundation Series, Cloud Lakehouse Data Management Foundation Series, and Data Governance & Privacy Foundation from Informatica. Additionally, in 2021, Remco Haye obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Product Owner from Capgemini Academy and Data Literacy for All from Tableau Software.
