Rob Torremans

Rob Torremans is currently a Director Data Consultant at Valcon since September 2023. Previously, Rob spent nearly a decade at ING in various roles, including Chapter Lead for Data Governance and Data Quality Officer, overseeing a team of Data Management Experts and managing data-related policies and audits. Rob also functioned as Product Owner for multiple squads within WB Lending, focusing on data quality and system interfaces, and transitioned teams to Agile practices as Manager of the Analysis Team. Rob has extensive experience in data management and quality from previous positions at ING Real Estate Finance and Capgemini, as well as project management roles at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and IBM Nederland. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Bio Process Technology from the Van Leewenhoek Instituut and attended Nyenrode Business University.
