Simona Hollinger

Simona Hollinger is an accomplished management consultant and interim manager with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and change management. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Valcon, Simona has also established Simona Hollinger Consulting, providing project-based assignments since 2017. Previous roles include leadership positions at Deloitte Nederland, CBR, and Korn Ferry Hay Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic workforce planning, HR solutions development, and client management for family-owned businesses. Simona's career began at KPMG, focusing on project management and consulting services in Central and Eastern Europe, coupled with early research roles at Leiden University. Simona holds a Master of Arts in Russian Studies from Leiden University.
