Tom Kempenaar

Tom Kempenaar is a Senior Business Process Consultant at Valcon since September 2022, focused on enhancing client operations through a combination of consulting, technology, and data expertise. Previously, Tom served as a Sales Representative at TOPdesk and held an internship in sales with the same company. Tom's involvement in sports includes coaching and training volleyball teams, serving as Chairman of the Board and Treasurer of the Beach Committee at D.S.V.V. "Punch." Tom obtained a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology, where a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Policy and Management was also completed. Additional academic experience includes an Erasmus exchange at the University of Stavanger.
