Wouter Molenaar is a Junior Organisatieontwikkelaar at Bewegin since January 2022 and also serves as a Scrum team member in the Innovation Lab at Woonzorg Nederland, contributing to innovation and the agile transformation process within the organization. Wouter completed a Master's degree in Organisaties, verandering en management from Utrecht University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurskunde from Radboud University. During the tenure at Pro Persona from April 2020 to May 2021, Wouter conducted a qualitative interpretative study focusing on the impact of autonomy, perception, and willingness to change on the ability of practitioners to implement the concept of positive health.
