Joe Creech, MAI, ASA is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. Joe is the Principal and Founder of Pacific Coast Valuation Group, a boutique firm known for providing insightful analysis for underwriting requirements. All reports are reviewed in-house by an MAI and prepared on the VALCRE software platform, ensuring compliance with USPAP and FIRREA requirements.

In addition to their work at Pacific Coast Valuation Group, Joe is also the Co-Founder and handles Business Development at Valcre, a software company specializing in providing an innovative appraisal platform for the commercial real estate industry. This SaaS platform integrates custom reporting, job and client management, comparable data storage, and efficient commercial real estate appraisal templates, catering to firms of all sizes.

Prior to their current roles, Joe worked at Colliers International as a Senior Valuation Services Director from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they were the Valuation Services Director at Colliers Intl Valuation & Advisory Services (formerly FirstService PGP Valuation) from 1998 to 2014. Joe's extensive experience and expertise in the industry make him a valuable asset in the field of commercial real estate appraisal.
