Lucas Rotter

Lucas Rotter is the CEO and co-founder of Valcre, a company that provides valuation and advisory services for commercial real estate. Lucas has also served as the director of valuation technology at Colliers International, where they were responsible for the development, design, and implementation of the valuation platform used by valuation professionals every day. In this role, they worked closely with executive management, primary stakeholders, and valuation professionals to determine and develop technology solutions that meet the needs of the changing valuation business. Lucas also relied on their own commercial real estate industry experience to understand the needs and changing demands of the valuation business.

Rotter has also worked as a manager for enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, manager for a custom office business application (OBA), and overseer of the enterprise applications team. Lucas is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of technology budget including capex, and has developed and delivered in-person training programs for new production employees. Lucas has also written in-depth instructional guides and created custom video tutorials to aid in training on enterprise applications and system platforms.

Lucas Rotter has a B.A. in Rhetoric from Willamette University and is certified as a Commercial Appraisal Trainee from the Appraisal Institute. Lucas is also certified in ARGUS Software and ASC ARGUS Enterprise.
