Laurie Malone

Laurie Malone is an experienced executive and business leader, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of VALD since December 2014, where the focus is on enhancing athlete welfare and performance through innovative technology. In addition, Laurie has held the position of Director at Blucore since May 2013, overseeing the development of products like the Corsuit, designed to help swimmers optimize their body position. Laurie also contributed as a Board Member at the Queensland Academy of Sport from August 2021 to December 2023. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance, both earned from Queensland University of Technology between 2005 and 2011.
