Lee Tressel

Lee Tressel currently serves as Regional Manager - Southeast at VALD since March 2023, following a brief role as World Baseball Classic Venue S&C Coordinator with Major League Baseball in March 2023. Prior to these positions, Lee was a Major League Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Miami Marlins from November 2018 to October 2022 and held various roles, including Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, with the New York Yankees from January 2004 to December 2018. Additionally, experience includes a performance coaching role at Performance Compound, LLC, where assistance was provided for MiLB off-season training and NFL combine prep from December 2014 to March 2015. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
