Zoe Mortimer

Zoe Mortimer has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Zoe currently holds the position of Head of HR at Valda Energy Limited since September 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from October 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Valda Energy Limited, Zoe worked as a Senior People Adviser at The Open University from January 2022 to October 2022. Zoe also served as an HR Business Partner at The Fertility Partnership from January 2021 to January 2022, an HR & Recruitment Advisor from July 2019 to December 2020, and an HR Recruitment & Payroll Administrator from December 2018 to June 2019. Zoe's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at ID Medical from July 2017 to December 2018.

Zoe Mortimer has a strong educational background in human resources management. Zoe obtained a Strategic People Management Advanced Diploma Level 7 from CIPD Qualifications in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they completed a Human Resources Management Diploma Level 5 from CIPD Qualifications in 2019-2020 and a Human Resources Practice Certificate Level 3 from CIPD Qualifications in 2014-2015. In addition to their qualifications, Zoe Mortimer also holds a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) certification, which they obtained from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in October 2022.
