Jan Hammer

Jan Hammer is a London-based partner at Index Ventures, where they have spent over 14 years working with ambitious entrepreneurs across data, financial services, and SaaS sectors. They have played a pivotal role in guiding the founders of notable companies such as Adyen, Robinhood, Wise, and Just Eat toward successful public offerings. In addition to their investment work, Jan currently serves as a board member for several companies, including Collibra, Alan, and ComplyAdvantage, and holds various observer roles and committees across other ventures. Jan earned an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD in 2002.
