Sam Fiaccato

Sam Fiaccato, MBA, has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Information Technology at Valdes Engineering Company since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at Interstate Electronics Company from January 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they held the role of Information Technology Manager at Greeley and Hansen, where they worked from January 2016 to January 2017. Sam also served as an IT Systems Administrator at Greeley and Hansen from January 2013 to January 2016. Sam Fiaccato has also served in the US Navy Reserves as an Information Technology Specialist 2nd Class (Senior Systems Administrator) from November 2003 to November 2013. Sam has held various IT roles, including IT Systems Administrator at Power Packaging from December 2006 to June 2012 and Information Technology Specialist 2nd Class (Senior Systems Administrator) in the US Navy from November 2005 to November 2006. Prior to their military service, Sam Fiaccato worked as an Information Technology Assistant at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. from July 2001 to October 2005.

Sam Fiaccato, MBA obtained a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northern Illinois University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration, Management from Columbia College from 2009 to 2014. Sam also holds an Associate's Degree in Network Administration and Security from Waubonsee Community College obtained from 2009 to 2013, as well as an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Columbia College, earned in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Sam has completed courses in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn and Extron Certified A/V Associate from Extron, both in 2020. Sam also holds certifications such as Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator from SonicWALL Solutions, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft (obtained in 2007), and A+ from CompTIA. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various areas related to Rauland Responder systems from Rauland, a division of AMETEK, Inc.
