Thomas Cerwinske

Thomas Cerwinske has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, starting as a Project Engineer at Amoco Oil Company and advancing to various managerial roles in Maintenance and Engineering. Thomas served as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, and later as a Rotating Equipment Consultant, providing technical expertise on reliability improvement, predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Throughout their career, Thomas managed teams responsible for day-to-day safety and maintenance operations, as well as handled engineering projects for the purchase and installation of equipment. Currently, Thomas is the Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Valdes Engineering Company, where Thomas serves as a Subject Matter Expert on Rotating Equipment and a consultant for Maintenance and Reliability.
