John Schlichting

John Schlichting is a seasoned professional in information technology and business management, currently serving as the Senior SAP Solutions Manager at Valdese Weavers since January 2023. Prior to this role, John held various positions at BorgWarner Turbo Systems from August 2010 to February 2023, including Information Technology Manager and Sr. Business Analyst. Earlier in their career, John was a Systems Analyst at Propex from January 1997 to August 2010. John holds a BS in Business Management from Bryan College (2008-2009) and an AAS in Computer Programming from Northwest Technical College (1992-1994), with additional studies at North Dakota State University from 1990 to 1992.
