Luke Garrison

Luke Garrison is an accomplished Project Manager in Process Engineering at Valdese Weavers since April 2015, specializing in manufacturing process analysis and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and six sigma principles. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant role at UNC Metabolomics Labs, where Luke developed innovative bioreactor models, and various leadership positions within Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, managing social and scholarship initiatives. An internship at Valdese Weavers provided foundational experience in manufacturing process improvement, and earlier roles in customer service and as an Eagle Scout demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and leadership. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
