Alessandro Dias

Alessandro Dias has extensive experience in socio-environmental consulting and community engagement, having worked across various roles and organizations. Starting as a Consultant at Dialog Inovação, Sustentabilidade e Consultoria, Alessandro managed relationships with communities affected by industrial projects and government initiatives. As an Analyst and later Coordinator of Dialogue at Herkenhoff & Prates, responsibilities included managing a multidisciplinary team addressing the impacts of the SAMARCO dam collapse in multiple municipalities. Subsequent positions at MRS Logística, Synergia Consultoria Socioambiental, and GRUPO DIALOG involved developing educational programs, implementing health campaigns, and facilitating dialogue between affected communities and corporations. Most recently, Alessandro served as a Senior Community Relations Analyst at Vale, focusing on community engagement along the Estrada de Ferro Vitória a Minas.
