Aline Santana

Aline Santana has extensive experience in the field of quality analysis and facility coordination, currently serving as the Coordinator of Facilities at Vale since February 2021, while also holding the position of Laboratory and Sampling Supervisor for Serra Norte and Serra Leste. Prior to this, Aline was the Laboratory Supervisor at GRSA Compass Group from September 2019 to February 2021 and worked as a Quality Analyst at Itafos between August 2018 and August 2019. Aline's career began at Ecoar Monitoramento Ambiental LTDA, where a role as a Quality Analyst spanned from August 2014 to July 2019. Aline holds a Lato Sensu postgraduate degree in Mining and Environment from Faculdade de Minas, an MBA in People Management 4.0 & Organizational Psychology from UNEED, and a bachelor's degree in Quality Management from Universidade Paulista.
