Barbara Dinalli

Barbara Dinalli is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in compensation, performance, and mobility across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Vale since August 2022, Barbara oversees global compensation, performance, benefits, and organizational design. Additionally, Barbara holds the position of Global Head of Total Rewards, Performance & Mobility at Saúde PASA and serves as a Board Member for a large-scale health insurance plan. Prior roles include Global Head of Compensation, Performance & Mobility at Gerdau North America and Gerdau, and Board Member for Eletromidia's People & Compensation Committee. Barbara's educational background includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, an MBA in Human Resources from Insper, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UFSJ.
