Brittney Armstrong, CHRL, has a strong background in human resources with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Vale since November 2011, Brittney has also held roles as an HR Generalist and HR Systems Analyst within the same organization. Prior to joining Vale, Brittney worked at Mercer as a Human Resources Coordinator for five months and at Babcock & Wilcox in the same capacity for over a year. Earlier experience includes a position in Human Resources at Glencore (formerly Xstrata Nickel) from 2006 to 2008. Brittney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Sociology, with a minor in Human Resources Management, from the University of Waterloo between 2005 and 2009.
