Cicilia Soares

Cicilia Soares has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Coordenadora de BP de RH at Vale since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team of Business Partners focused on enhancing the experience of leadership levels. Cicilia has held various roles, including HR Business Partner Master and HR Business Partner Sr, with a strong emphasis on employee experience and the establishment of efficient support models for management teams. Previous positions include SR HR Business Partner at BRF, where Cicilia managed HR for a large unit, and roles at Fadel Transportes e Logística and National Oilwell Varco Flexibles, where Cicilia was instrumental in HR startups and process implementations. Cicilia holds a degree in Psychology and several certifications in People Management and Coaching Psychology, complemented by executive training in Business Administration.
