Douglas Zardo

Douglas Zardo is a skilled geologist with extensive experience in mineral exploration, particularly in the iron and basic metals sectors. Beginning his career at Sênior Geologia & Mineração in 2008 as a geologist focused on bauxite exploration, Douglas progressed to serve as a senior geologist at Vale, where responsibilities included leading technical teams and managing projects in Carajás. Key achievements include leading the Greenfields exploration team for copper research and overseeing multiple exploration initiatives for copper and nickel across various Brazilian states. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos and has pursued advanced education, including an MBA in Project Management and another in People Management from renowned institutions.
