Gabriel Guerra is a highly experienced mining engineer with a robust background in mine planning and engineering roles across multiple reputable companies. Beginning as an Engineer Junior at Tunel Engenharia and progressing to positions such as Project Engineer at NCL INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION S.A. and Senior Mining Engineer at Votorantim Metais, Gabriel has developed expertise in short- and long-term planning, as well as mine sequence optimization. At Vale, Gabriel excelled as a Master Mining Engineer, managing medium-term mine planning and ensuring compliance with operational restrictions at the Fábrica and N5 sites in Carajás. Previously, at Mirabela Mineração do Brasil and Crusader do Brasil, Gabriel contributed to feasibility studies and electronic mine scheduling, demonstrating significant leadership in managing teams and setting performance goals. Gabriel holds a degree in Mining Engineering from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, completed in 2003.
