Gustavo Peron, CCPSC, is a Chemical Engineer who graduated from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. Currently, Gustavo serves as the Corporate Global Process Safety Technical Manager at Vale, having previously held various leadership roles at Cargill, including Process Safety Integration Lead and Corporate Process Safety Lead for Brazil. Gustavo has also contributed to academia as a Process Safety Technical Professor and has completed advanced studies in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering and Instructional Design. With a strong focus on process safety and risk management, Gustavo has actively developed strategies and training programs to enhance safety standards across multiple regions and business units.
