Jennifer Hooper is the Global Director of Health and Safety at Vale, where they lead initiatives focused on preventing fatalities, injuries, and illnesses while promoting employee and community health. They have held numerous leadership positions at DuPont, including Director of Global Ag and Nutrition Safety, Health and Environment, and have served as Vice President for Sustainability in various capacities. They also contributed extensively to public service as the Director of Inspections, Investigations and Enforcement at the Ontario Ministry of Labour, and as the Director of Climate Change and Air Policy at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. Jennifer earned a B.A. Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an M.Sc. in Civil (Environmental) Engineering from Queen's University.
