Marcela Borba

Marcela Borba has extensive experience in industrial management and process control, having held significant positions at notable companies. From August 2008 to October 2009, Marcela served as Gerente industrial at Trop Frutas. Subsequently, at Nestlé from September 2009 to August 2010, Marcela worked as Supervisor de produção and Especialista de Qualidade. Most recently, from August 2019 to October 2023, Marcela was with Vale, initially as Coordenadora de Controle de Processos, then as Supervisora de manutenção, and later as Engenheira Operacional Sr, focusing on operational excellence and lean production. Marcela holds an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (2007-2009) and a degree in Food Engineering from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte (2000-2005).
