Naiara Souza

Naiara Souza is an experienced Operations Engineer at Vale, with a robust background in quality control processes, production data analysis, and cost management, having worked at the Briquette Plant in Tubarao since May 2018. Prior roles include Operational Excellence Specialist at Vale, focusing on the implementation of the Vale Management System, and Quality Analyst, where Naiara utilized Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
