Paula Alves

Paula Alves is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical and energy management. Paula's career includes roles such as an intern at Climatizar Engenharia Térmica e Automação, Magnesita, GE Power Conversion, and positions ranging from Engineer to Operational Coordinator at Grupo Equatorial Energia. In these roles, Paula has been responsible for project development, maintenance management, budget control, and KPI monitoring. Currently, Paula serves as the Operational Coordinator of Industrial Electric Energy at Vale and previously worked as the Coordinator of Electrical Maintenance at Dow. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, a Master's degree in Energy and Environment from UFMA, and has completed an academic exchange in Electrical Engineering at Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig.
