Paula Salles is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over twenty years of experience across various sectors, including mining, energy, and retail. Currently serving as the Global Manager of Culture and Leadership at Vale, Paula has previously held roles in Talent Management and as a Business Partner in HR. Paula holds dual MBAs in Human Resources Management and Executive Business Management, along with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology. Prior to joining Vale, Paula worked as a Senior HR Analyst at Neoenergia and a Junior HR Analyst at H Stern Comercio e Industria S/A.
