Stella Michirefe

Stella Michirefe is an experienced IT professional with a robust career at Vale, beginning in 1991 and advancing to the role of Head of Global IT D&A Architecture since October 2011. In this position, Stella focuses on transforming Vale into a data-driven organization by implementing a modern Analytics Platform and fostering a strong data culture. Previous roles at Vale include IT Architecture Manager, managing the enterprise architecture team during a global SAP implementation, as well as positions such as Enterprise Architect and IT Client Manager. Prior experience includes roles in systems analysis at BBM and PUC, and educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, supplemented by training in Enterprise Architecture.
