Tayane Chaul

Tayane Chaul is currently the Coordenadora de Inspeção Elétrica at Vale, where they focus on maintenance and the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). They previously held positions as a Planejador de Manutenção at Nestlé and as a Supervisor of Operations and PCM at Leadec. Tayane began their career as an engineering intern at ArcelorMittal and Nestlé, gaining valuable experience in maintenance processes. They hold an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management from Faculdade Machado Sobrinho and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora.
