Veronica Galdino

Veronica Galdino, PMP, Agile, currently serves as the Global IT Program Manager at Vale since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading the strategy for replacing Vale's HR and Health and Safety applications globally with an integrated platform and managing the implementation of SAP Success Factory. Previously at Vale from 2002 to 2017, Veronica held various roles including Cutover Management, where plans for global HR implementations and railway management systems were developed; and project coordination for SAP across Vale's operations in Brazil and Canada. Veronica's early career at Xerox spanned over a decade, culminating in a project management role for the implementation of Oracle E-business suite. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Information Technology from UERJ, an MBA in E-business from FGV, and an MBA in Computer Graphics from PUC-Rio.
