Sarah Olsen

Sarah Olsen has over 30 years of work experience in the field of coaching and consulting. Sarah began their career in 1991 as a Chartered Accountant & Manager at Mazars Neville Russell Chartered Accountants. Sarah then moved to GE Capital as a Financial Accountant in 1995, and then to Norwich Union International as an Overseas Accountant in Germany & France the same year. In 2000, they joined Aviva plc as a Chartered Accountant & Group Business Risk Senior Consultant, where they provided consultancy to the Board and CEO of the UK Life Company. In 2014, they joined Capita as an Associate Consultant. In 2015, they began working at Mandarin Consulting, where they held the roles of UK Head of Coaching, UK Deputy Head Coach, Senior Coach, and Coach. In 2022, Sarah began working at iLovetobe as a Consultant and at Valence as a Client Solutions Coach, facilitating powerful coaching conversations for teams at Fortune 500s.

Sarah Olsen has a strong educational background. Sarah earned a First Class Degree in Business Studies, Italian & German from the State University of Milan, followed by a First Class Degree, BA Hons in Modern Languages (German and Italian) and Business Studies from Swansea University. Sarah also attended Penrhos College, Colwyn Bay.
