Brian DeChristopher is a seasoned professional with a strong background in chemical sciences. Brian is currently the Senior Director and Head of Chemical Sciences at Valence Discovery since September 2022. Prior to this, Brian held various positions at Rheos Medicines, including Director of Chemistry from February 2021 to July 2022, and Associate Director of Chemistry from October 2018 to February 2021. Before joining Rheos Medicines, Brian worked at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) where they served as an Investigator III from October 2015 to October 2018, and as an Investigator II from September 2010 to October 2015.
Brian DeChristopher has a strong educational background in the field of Chemistry. Brian obtained their BA degree from the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied Chemistry and Biology from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued higher education at Stanford University, where they completed their PhD in Chemistry from 2005 to 2010.
