Aude Ouvrard

Aude Ouvrard is an experienced project manager in the fields of roadways and transport. Currently serving as Chef de projet Voirie at Valence Romans Agglo since September 2020, Aude previously held multiple roles at the Département du Val-de-Marne from November 2008 to September 2020, including Chef de projet MOA - Voirie et transport and Chargée de projet circulations douces. In these positions, Aude oversaw significant projects such as the requalification of a major roadway and the T9 tramway, managed departmental roadway projects and financing plans, and promoted cycling initiatives. Aude holds a Master 2 degree in Urbanisme et aménagement du territoire from Université Paris-Sorbonne, earned between 2005 and 2008.
