Chambard Emmanuelle

CHAMBARD Emmanuelle serves as the Deputy General Director (DGA) at Valence Romans Agglo since January 2017, with responsibilities including Early Childhood, sports facilities such as swimming pools and ice rinks, and youth programs. Additionally, CHAMBARD oversees activities related to social cohesion, which encompass early childhood services, collective catering, and programs for marginalized groups, as well as community cohesion initiatives like assembly management and audits. Concurrently, CHAMBARD holds a DGA position in the Communauté d'Agglomération Valence Romans Sud Rhône-Alpes since November 2015, focusing on similar areas, particularly in the management of early childhood services, youth activities, and the operation of the crematorium, in addition to continuing sport-related functions.
